     I want to present evidence to persuade my listeners on why no-fault divorce should be difficult to obtain.  No-fault divorces are divorces where the suit given for the divorce is that of irreconcilable differences.   Basically, the court looks upon a no-fault divorce as a mutual break of a rationalise whether it is actually mutual or not.  The no-fault divorce laws were passed in the unite States in 1969.  After the doorway of these laws, the divorce rate in the United States rose by 20 to 25 percent.   The no-fault divorce laws allowed the termination of a marriage by one fellow despite whether the other spouse was in agreement.  In 1989 Justec research in Virginia conducted a study that showed that having no-fault divorce led heap to divorce each other much.
