Everyone awaits the stage after childhood where a human physiologicly hits puberty and mentally reaches the status of being mature. Each someone on the face of this planet goes through adolescence, no consequence what background or color. When some people hear the boy adolescence, especially some elderly folks, they think of young and rebellious. So, when the dictionary defines the word adolescence as the process or state of evolution to maturity, do adolescents meet the requirements for this definition? The actions of adolescence arent actually determined by the definition, but by the individual and their surround circumstances.
Adolescence is seen and experienced all over the world, but people in addition went through it since the beginning of time. Through the timeline of the world history has been changing, and on with it: the stage of adolescence. About four hundred age ago, the aliveness expectancy of people wasnt as long as how long humans live now. Children had to grow up speedily and help around the house/farm. When children did reach the point of adolescence, they were already mature and responsible, counting them as an adult ready to piss married and start a family. Four hundred years later, humans can leave twice as long, which creates a different way of planning and viewing ones life.




Adolescence has to be perceived differently, because of the way society now and the way that physical wellness has increased the length of life. When a child is born they get to ahead of them what is called a childhood. During this stage the youngster has the liberty of no responsibility, but to set memories for the future. When they arrive to the age of thirteen or the pre-beginning of adolescence, these children now known as teens, undergo a physical change (which is normal) and a mental change. For some reason, the pre-teen wants to make decisions and choices on there own.
