I believe that Clark capital of Georgia University will prepare me for emerging leadership by opening my eyes to the keys of truly be successful in my prospective career; as a teen and family psychologist. I came upon this conclusion while reading the missions tilt for Clark Atlanta University. Its purpose is to prepare a diverse community of interests of leaders to excel in their chosen endeavors and to become accountable, cultivatable and innovative citizen leaders, locally and globally. This statement is what truly sparked my interest in Clark Atlanta University as the University for me. Growing up my mother and granny knot always told me that growing up is about being responsible and productive. This as I read is Clark Atlanta Universitys destruction: to help prepare me even more for just that. A strong belief that has been engraved into me is that to be productive to the outdo of ones ability one must first be responsible.
Reading the mission and vision statement was the harming statement for me to chose Clark Atlanta University for my higher level of education, because it screams dedication, honesty, and trust and reliability. that few traits that I believe one must ca-ca as they blossom into an adult and future leader of this world.
