To kill a Mockingbird is a film where a courageous, warm hearted and bossy lawyer takes a eccentric on board to defend a morose mans human rights. His compassionate defence against the civil liberties of an exceedingly marginalised black man, Tom Robinson and their human rights and individual liberties in general, costs him friendships and the townspeoples respect. On the other hand, he earns the love and admiration of his two children they in particular need that admiration as they see lost a mother. Even though the case had such a foregone conclusion, Academy award winning factor Gregory Peck stepped forward to defend Tom Robinson because of his passion towards the human rights and marginalising of unilateral citizens. The film was set in a deprived southern t own during the great depression, where so many innocent, underprivileged coloured men were wrongly accused and lynched to sinister deaths. It was played by realistic characters and had a real sad, but truthful plot, which went together perfectly. It was a realistic plot with naturalistic acting styles and the actors played their parts with clarity. They made the whole film much believable and I enjoyed it. It also sent out lots of messages to the audience. For instance, we shouldnt restrict and marginalise people because of appearances. We shouldnt judge anybody or anything by appearances its what inside what actually counts. In conclusion, I think the acting styles went along with the naturalistic mathematical process excellently and they deserve credit for it, I applaud their efforts.
