Designing an Experiment
1. Aim: To investigate how the space of a pendulum drag affects the time it consumes to oscillate
* Independent Variable :The length of the pendulum wind alongs (10cm, 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm)
* myrmecophilous Variables: The length of time that takes for the pendulum to stop swinging (seconds)
* Controlled Variables: Mass of pendulum, types of make used, the go of the string which it will be released (30 degrees)
2. Hypothesis: The length of time that takes for the pendulum to stop swinging will enlarge as the length of the pendulum string increases. This is due to the fact that the pendulum travels greater quad in oscillation when the string is longer. The path of the pendulum is like an bowing on the bottom of a circle and the piece of string as radius. Thus, according to the circle theorem; Circumference=2 x ? x Radius. Accordingly, as the radius increases, the circumference, in this case the curve will also increase. The increase of the length of the arc leads to the increase of distance travelled by the pendulum and therefore, more than time is needs more consumed.

Apparatus/ Materials
* Pendulum
* 5 Strings; 10cm, 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm
* Timer (records up to the 2nd decimal)
* Clamp stand (including clutches)
* Ruler; 1m
* Scissors
* Protractor
4. Methods
1) stones throw out 10cm of string by exploitation a ruler
2) double over step 1) by making 10cm, 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm with the same method
3) Attach the pendulum and the string to the fix stand
4) Measure the angle (30 degrees) which will be the angle which the pendulum will be released from the clamp (or clutch)
5) Fasten the pendulum with a clamp
6) As you release the pendulum, start measuring the time until the twentieth oscillation of the pendulum.
7) Repeat this process 4)~6) 3times to obtain a more accurate result
8) Repeat the process 3)~7) by using different lengths of string (10cm,...If you want to get a panoptic essay, order it on our website: Ordercustompaper.com
