Should the Time Students Spend in School Be Extended?

Walk into any in high spirits school and you will front dozens of posters and announcements on school clubs, sports, and program officers. In the hold few years, the participation of students in extra-curricular activities has skyrocketed. One of my classmates, also class president of Felix V bela has been a part of over 10 clubs and 3 sports throughout her high school years. As a high school student, I know what it is like to actively be a part of numerous school activities but exempt have period to manage my grades and even dribble time with my family. Most children who attend public and private schools in the U.S. overhaul between 175 to 185 days in the classroom a year and an average of seven hours a day. Although, I was apprised of other countries that had longer days of school, I had little fellowship about the effect longer days of school had on society. For this research project, I decided to pursue the question, should the time students spend in school be extended? This question deserves to be examined because this affects the community as a whole and in recount to make the compensate decision the pros and cons on this issue must be analyzed.
Before I could focus on the advantages or disadvantages of extending school, I first needed to do some research on what other students do after school hours.
