Narrative Modified Snake Game

I have created the authorised game of Snake, with modifications. I followed a tutorial from the internet to excogitate the basics of the game. Once I duplicated what the video created, the game was only a snake that travelled around and grew longer as it ate apples, and died if it hit itself or the w all, restarting the game. It had no sanitary either.
My modifications make an apple grow the snake by 1 unit, a pear grow the snake by 3 units, and a pineapple grow the snake by 5 units. I also added a bomb, which randomly changes position and kills the snake if it collides.
The game is intended for one player, who controls the snakes movement. The snake is always in motion and the arrow keys change the direction of the snake. The helping of the snakes head is separate from the rest of its body, besides two objects (head and tail) have the parent of the snake. This way, the modifying the snake object include them automatically.
Next, I modified the code for the object apple to give for the pear and pineapple. I gave them code to grow the snake with large increments to add to strategy. For example, if the snake is getting very long, the player whitethorn want to avoid the pineapple, which grows the snake the most.



I added a sound to each fruit; the apple a small beep, the pear a medium beep, and the pineapple a fancy ditty.
I then added a bomb. The code for the apple could not be used for the bomb be take a crap it is intended to reappear randomly erst it collides with the head. However, the player would die if they hit the bomb, so this code would throw the bomb to sit in one place until it was hit. I decided that rather than have multiple bombs I would corresponding the bomb to randomly change location. This was a challenge plainly I finally decided to make invisible triggers all over the board.
