The center of universes belief system is the keyt or nitty-gritty of man. Proverbs 4:23 tells us to keep our hearts with every diligence; for out of it flow the issues of life. Romans 10:10 tells us with the heart man views unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is do unto salvation.
How do we intrust? Faith adopts by earshot and hearing by the word of God. Rom 10:17
This is how God created mankind, why he gave us our senses. We see fire, feel fire, get burned, hear our scream, feel the pain, and smell the burned flesh; we believe that we should non handle fire. We see beautiful flowers, smell them, touch them and believe that God gave us the beauty of nature.
Whatever we believe has come by our senses, through our minds. Before we are born over again our minds are enemies against God. Rom 8:6. Satan blinds the minds of those that believe not. 2 Cor. 4:4
 Our minds are a funnel to our hearts. Our senses steer in what we see, smell, taste, and hear. Before we are born again the god of this world works in our minds to believe the things of this world. We see all of it cardinal of the main idols in the U.S., the T.V.
 on the news, various programs that we watch, on the radio, and in the newspapers.
{I am not saying that these are not good things but I am saying that they tolerate become idols to us if we put these things first or believe the reports from those medias more than the word of God.}
Rom. 12:2 tells us not to be conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that we may prove what is that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God. The word transformed comes from the Greek word metamorphoo or metamorphose. same a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly.
